I brought our dog to Rockwood Friday with an injury to her paw. The vet was very friendly while she examined our dog. She tried to make pur dog at ease with calm talking and treats. Our dog was diagnosed with and infection in her paw. The vet discussed treatment with medication and answered all my questions.
Monday morning I was surprised to receive a text message from Rockwood asking how the treatment was going.
We've had a lot of vet calls over the years and I am very impressed with Rockwood's Customer Service.

I am so appreciative of Rockwood Hospital. The staff is so welcoming, accommodating and supportive.
Dr. Cathy is a 1 in a million. She gives the best care to our fur family. She truly cares and never fails to put a smile on your face no matter the situation that brings you to your appointment.
She is a gift from God to my husband and I. If she ever had to transfer we'd follow her wherever she goes for our vet care ?. As you can tell we truly appreciate and love Dr. Cathy

I love that Rockwood has later hours one night a week and Saturday hours. This really helps people that work out of town. They are very caring when hard decisions with older pets must be made and never rush you. They've always made time when we've had emergency situations and I so appreciate them doing that.

Always a positive experience at this place! The vets are awesome and after one visit you can tell they really care about animals. They sit right on the floor getting to know your pet prior to an exam…never had a vet do that before! Highly recommend!

We love Rockwood Hospital for Pets and have taken all of our animals there. They are very quick to respond to concerns and easy to work with, even for those difficult to handle situations.

My pets are treated very well, as am I. I don't feel rushed in the exam room. I don't feel like just another paycheck. They listen and are genuine. I highly recommend them.

We have tried a few vets in the Wausau and none are nicer or more reasonable with the care than at Rockwood. Our dog was not nervous there which is a big plus. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Cathy O is amazing! She takes her time with each pet and has a very caring attitude to help them and make sure they are doing well! The rest of the staff at Rockwood was very friendly and caring also!!
