I need to give a huge shoutout to Erica at the Merrill Kwik Trip! My husband was recently there with his 88-year-old disabled mother, who has dementia, to use the restroom. We try to avoid public restrooms whenever possible, but sometimes nature calls, and there’s no avoiding it. With so few places offering “family” restrooms, my husband usually has to leave his mother to navigate the bathroom on her own. For anyone who has cared for an elderly loved one, you know this is no small feat—she needs help getting on and off the toilet and ensuring everything is taken care of properly afterward.
As my husband was walking his mother toward the restroom, Erica noticed them and, without a second thought, immediately offered her assistance. In the five years we’ve been caring for our mothers—mine with full-blown Alzheimer’s and his with mobility issues and early-stage dementia—no one has ever stepped up like that. This wasn’t just a kind gesture like holding a door open; Erica offered to help with one of the most private and challenging tasks that comes with caregiving.
Erica, consider yourself called out! You are an incredible person, and your kindness and generosity should never go unnoticed. Thank you for making a difference in a way you may not even fully realize.

“Absolutely love this place. Lived here 6 years ago and came every day until I moved. I just recently moved back and it's just as amazing the staff is awesome and very helpful (especially when new to the area ) prices are reasonable as well. “I only decided to do this review for this Kwik trip location because of this lady. I’ve recently moved to Merrill Wisconsin in October 2021 I go to Kwik trip a lot because it’s open 24 hours because I have a lot of medical problems I spent most my day time hours not feeling well unfortunately now being in a new town with a different Kwik trip I had to find out I did not like the people working at the Kwik trip on Main in Merrill Wisconsin not until I met this sweet hard working lady now when I go to Kwik trip I hope she’s working. Maybe a month ago I’ve gone in to pre pay on my gas and this other lady checking me out she put the money on a different pump then the one I was parked at so I went back in the store to tell her and she told me sorry I don’t know how to change it so move your vehicle wow really I’m thinking to myself thankful this wonderful lady came out of the back and fixed it thank you I’m sorry I didn’t ask for your name but thank you for being one honest sweet hard working lady. Kwik Trip all your other employees at this location are nothing compared to her just wanted you guys to know. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for this Kwik trip location only because that lady makes it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Nice place, plenty of parking and friendly staff. Parking is free and easy in and out with fuel and def, if they run out of parking their shoulder parking on the off-ramp and on ramp”

“They seem to have everything you can not find anywhere else. Although some of the basic things you would think would be.There are not,but you can't cover everything.
Customer service is usually a pleasure. only been a few times that it has not been a nice experience.
There is a large parking lot with handicapped accessory into the building. This is on a first floor solo business.
I still use the photo department although they like to self crop even though you state no crop needed.
It is Nice to get a lot of your shopping done at 1 store That is not a walmart.”
