B and D Motors is the most disgusting and worthless trucking company I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to drive for. They ripped me off on my pay but the owner, Jerry, is so refined at these practices of lies and deceit and making it look correct on paper, it almost worked. They offer Drivers top pay, and benifits to get them hired, have them run untold miles with drops with pay for each drop, which they told me was $25 per drop, and the very first long run I ran for them had 19 drops on it, and what did my check amount have on it for pay? A total of $390 dollars! That's the absolute truth! When I asked the Owner Jerry about it, he told me that I would be getting 1 (one ) big check a month, that he said was completely TAX FREE, called a perdeim check, that would have the total of all I had made, in that check. I never seen any of it! I was threatened by 2 employees of B and D Motors, which I reported to the Bosses in the Office there so the threats were noted, and Owner Jerry told me to "pack up and find a new job" because he didn't want people like me around! Not only are the proctices they do there wrong, I sincerely believe they are illegal. Rateing this Trucking Company in my opinion is so low it would have to be âž– minus 0. When I asked several people about this Company, that live and work in Merrill, Wisconsin, not 1 of them had anything good to say about the Owners and to "be careful and cautious" in my dealings with them.
