I am a new member of this bank had an account with them now for about 2 months. I went in on Saturday afternoon to withdraw money from my account and Jamie Peel the banker who assisted me was so polite and helpful I just wanted to let her know she is much appreciated thank you for the excellent service!!!

The drive up tellers are always friendly, and personable. Their telephone customer service is above average. The online banking and bill pay are easy to navigate. And their personal bankers have always treated us as individuals, not an account number in the system.
