Honestly I really like Matt he has always been reasonable as far as time and price and in a small town I know that sometimes isn't the case I will continue to bring my vehicles to Southside as long as I live in Mercer ❤️

While up in Mercer for a fishing tournament this past fall a wheel bearing went on my F350. South side got it fixed up ad even saved me money on parts. The better part of the story is that when I dropped it off I informed them that it was hard to start when it was cold (diesel). When they called to tell me it was done he informed me that I had some bad injectors causing my ruff starts. Even after I had spent $4000 at a well regarded diesel shop in Franklin WI the year before for this problem I replaced the injectors and it starts great now. Nice to know there are still good honest people out there.
