I stopped in today to open a checking account and was told I would have to make an appointment. There were no available appointments for at least a week. What kind of bank turns away a customer who is trying to give them money?? I work in sales and would do anything to help a walk in customer. Ridiculous.

Banker gave change, but didn't say the change amount or count it out. Also wasn't particularly friendly re: customer service.

Skylar needs a raise! She was so nice and helpful. I usually don’t come to this Wells Fargo because it’s sort of out of the way but I’m going to from now on because she is way nice that the tellers at all of the others! And there was no line either.
