Hmm..why 4 stars. because the check-in process could improve (mix up patient names, typed up incorrect insurance without asking for information about the policy holder).. will i go there again ? yes, i will. hopefully when i go there again they would get it right.

You are greeted when you enter. Very helpful, will make suggestions yet never pushy. The staff will give their opinion of the glass frames you select if you ask. Staff is knowledgeable, experienced, kind and happy. Cheri is outstanding.
