Absolutely horrible. My package never made it into UPS tracking so either this store lost the package or UPS did. I filed a claim and UPS has paid this store who so far, has not paid me. It’s the old, “check’s in the mail.” When complaining that I am out my coat and never got paid the insurance, the owner of this franchise actually called me a “Narcissistic Pessimist.” Customer service at its finest. Chose another UPS location or use USPS or FedEx. I’ll give it 2 more weeks and then it goes to my attorney.
