I do not normally provide reviews, and much less when they are negative. I was very fond of this shop, they are close to home and generally they are helpful. But last experience was so bad that i need to write it somewhere. I purchased a pickup service, basically bring a package from somewhere back to my house. They proposed a solution, i agreed that they charged almost $50, which i paid since there were problems with the supplier of that package as well. I gave the UPS representative my cellphone , which i understand was the manager, to copy the address to the system so there were no mistakes. A week later the package had not arrived so I called, and in very bad manners told me to handle it with UPS customer service. I did, and they told me that the pick up address was missing the unit number and that I should handle with the shop that assisted me. SO I ended up going back to the UPS shop. In the end they washed their hands, did not even try to provide a solution, the manager didn't even had the courage to handle it personally and sent one of his reps, who told me basically they were not going to do anything although they were the ones that forgot to include the missing information. Overall a very very unsatisfactory experience.

Nothing but great service every time I go. Mostly returns for Amazon, they are always quick and at the ready, takes me all of two minutes to drop off my packages. Thank you!

Had to navigate sending clothes and momentos for our exchange son who stayed with us this past year.....Anu worked with us to find a cost manageable solution, offered packaging options and help close everything out for us....Anu, thanks for the help and making sure our son goes home to all the things he has as a memory of his US school experience for this past year!
