Brought my wife’s wedding ring in for some major repairs and when they were done, it looked better than when I first bought it 13 years ago. Another reputable jeweler had told me it was unfixable. Steve was wonderful to work with. He was thorough and transparent without ever being pushy. Highly recommend them!

My engagement ring broke and I had no hopes it could be fixed. Took it to Tobin and Steve, the owner fixed it to perfection. My fiancé and I ended up picking out our wedding bands as well. I am so grateful for Tobin and staff. My engagement and both wedding bands look PERFECT. The sales associate Jenny found perfect rings for the both of us. Jenny shared with me that both her and her mom have marquis shaped diamond rings and that my mom and I do too! Please shop at this family owned business.

I brought in a necklace to have the clasp repaired. I expected to leave it and pick it up another day. Not the case, they repaired it on the spot, cleaned it and I wasn't charged for this great service. Everyone was exceptionally nice. I will be returning for future needs.

Very kind people with beautiful products and fair prices. My fiance proposed to me with an engagement ring from Tobin, and he loved shopping there because of how comfortable the staff made him feel. I have received so many compliments on my gorgeous ring! We also purchased our wedding bands from Tobin, and I love how much time and attention Steve spent helping me find a band that matches the engagement ring. We will definitely come here for all our jewelry needs in the future.

Super friendly people. They were kind enough to fix my bracelet on the spot. While I was there I noticed very nice pieces and would go back. I did like they have on hand preowned Rolexes.Thank you again for the good service and look forward to seeing you guys in the future

Took in two rings - one for resizing and the other for resetting. Both were done expertly and ready ahead of when promised. Great people who know what they're doing and are very friendly. I highly recommend Tobin's for resizing or resetting!

I've used Tobin Jewelers for all my jewelry needs for nearly 20 years. I moved out of Milwaukee area and now live 2 hours away. They always greet me by name, take our wedding rings; clean, polish and inspect for any issues like bent prongs. I've always had a positive experience and customer service there.The last time I was there with my wife and our two kids, Tobin's got out a little jewelry making kit and the kids made little necklaces for themselves while we waited for our rings.I drive past many other jewelry stores on my way to Mequon or New Berlin, but it has always been worth it the trip!

My husband bought matching earrings and pendant for my birthday. The chain was too short. They repaired the pendant with a longer chain! They went above and beyond and did not charge extra for the longer chain! Tobin’s will definitely be my first stop next time I need anything! Thank you so much!!

Steve and his staff are the best! A few days before departing on our anniversary trip to Napa, I noticed the center stone on my engagement ring was quite loose. I quickly dropped it off at Tobin's to have the prongs tightened - but didn't notice that the pick up date was scheduled for after my departure. When I called to check on status, Steve went out of his way to get the repair completed quickly so I could take the rings with me. This included an unplanned trip to New Berlin and back in traffic to access a machine needed to repair an unexpected crack in the band. The personalized and caring service you get at Tobin's is so appreciated!
