Just purchased a new 10" Digital Level, for $70, and it doesn't even come with a battery! It doesn't use any typical size battery so I will now have to drive back to the store for a battery! At least put in LARGE lettering on the box that it doesn't come with the battery or even better, include the battery! Especially since it is expensive anyway! Stupid decisions like this make me now question the quality of the product...

A female friend called for a job at Johnson Level, and she was informed that Josh Bishhop would call her back. She called three times and still no call back. This place is not looking for employees. She got hired at a company down the street at (AB) for $28.00 and work for hour 36 hours and get paid for 40. This company missed out on the best employee!!! Think twice if you are going to apply for a job at this company. They will not call you back!

This job used dishonest work practices to fire an employee by not giving him a copy of him workers comp filed, no copy of his personnel file, no copy of his termination paperwork, and had not responded to his phone calls or messages left for the information until he submitted an email to them through this website asking for this information as part of an Open Records Request and "Time Is of The Essence" immediate need for the materials.

My I-Beam level was more than 25 years old and about half of the vials had finally dried/cracked/emptied. Tried buying replacements but couldn't find any that fit. Contacted Johnson, and they sent me a full replacement. Great job; Buy American!

Great product and even better customer service! Johnson Level team answers emails, and stands behind the products - replaced an I-beam level when they couldn't replace the spirit level vial.. The level, 1876-2400, works fine. My only complaint is that there is no pocket for the instruction manual in the level’s case. I don’t use the level often enough to remember all the button push sequences. The manual needs to stay with the level and be protected.

I bought the Johnson Hot Shot rotary laser level kit a number of years ago for my personal home reno projects. Used it to level a basement ceiling and an above ground pool pad. Then it sat unused for a few years, stored indoors, and when I tried to use it again the laser diode had failed.
