“came into this store to do an upgrade and I came in during what seems to be rush hour and brandon immediately approached me and put me in their queue. After thinking it was going to take over an hour to be serviced. Brandon ( store manager) personally came 5 minutes later to assist me with my upgrade and I couldn’t be more blown away by the professional and quick atmosphere all the employees showed during rush hour. I highly recommend this location and when they seem busy.. they will immediately greet you and get to you in a couple minutes”
“First off, if you go to this location, ask for Nick or Michael. They were amazing. I went in on Thursday with a broken phone and no insurance (my fault). I was wondering if there were any reasonable options without having to pay off the remaining $780 on my phone. I didn't really give it much thought as to what my options were and a young lady didn't offer much help. She only presented me with the option of paying off the phone.I gave it some thought over the weekend and thought maybe I had some options (open a second line or buy a cheaper refurbished phone). I went back in and thankfully started talking to Nick instead of the young lady I had talked with previously. Nick was more than happy to help and gave me a more than reasonable solution to my issue that didn't cost me $780. I can't thank him enough!”
“I went in to U.S. cellular at Bayshore with a complex billing question and Dan Sullivan did everything he could do to help figure out the problem. He was patient, understanding, and very helpful! Although we could not figure out the billing question, the manager Edwin was able to assist us further and we quickly came to a compromise. Awesome staff and I would recommend going on a week day because it’s a lot slower!”
“I had been having trouble trying to recover My email via my cell phone. Spoke with many customer service people for about 2 weeks, and Spectrum and Verizon...to no avail.
Until I walked into the Spectrum Store on East Capital Drive, Milwaukee. I lucked out and got matched up with JJ. He was very much knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Very professional and committed to helping me...after about an hour he solved the problem..never gave up! And has a nice sense of humor!
