The quality of this product has come so far from the beginning days of when this company started! Everybody researches what is best for their dogs and they always hope they make the best decision. I know all 13 dogs in my household I would never give them anything but Fromm. On my research… And from the difference in the activity in my dogs, They’re amazing fur now, The poop that I do not have to pick up anymore because it is such a smaller amount and that may sound disgusting but when you have dogs that is Part of your daily task and when you feed them food that is like Popcorn… No nutrients and just fillers, They poop a lot more lol! But they’re over all health and appearance has never been better since they’ve all been on Fromm.

Thought I was going crazy when I was running out of dog food sooner and sooner. Turns out it's shrinkflation. They've been shrinking our bags of dog food thinking it would go unnoticed. Big bags are down to 30 lb. They reduced the amount of food we get and are charging us more. After 9 year of buying fromm dog food every month I'll be switching brands.

This place makes the town smell terrible when the wind blows a certain way. You guys gotta fix that, it’s ridiculous.

I have been feeding Fromm dry cat food to my cat's for the last year & loved the food until now. We do animal rescue and 6 cats stopped eating and drinking for 3 days on this last bag of food chicken ala veg flavor, normally one of their favorite flavors. I took them all to the vet to get bloodwork & get checked out. They have liver, pancreas, and kidney issues which my vet says is directly related to their food. She said throw it out now-maybe a bad batch of food. She thinks we caught this in time and hopefully each cat will recover. I reached out to Fromm to ask them to test the food I had been feeding to see if there was something wrong with it. I don't want this to happen to other people's pets or mine again. The girl I spoke with was not compassionate and said they would not test what I sent them. She said there was no need to test because it was tested when they made and bagged it. She said they (The Fromm company) take no responsibility for contamination after the bags leave their factory and that their could never be a mistake in their testing. So now I am stuck with 6 cats vet bills and not knowing if the Fromm food is indeed contaminated or not. I wanted to continue feeding this since my cats liked it but because since they won't test it I'll have to change to another brand of food. And what is their guarantee about if they don't cover anything after it leaves the factory since people can't buy it from the factory? Just some things to think about when buying this food. The company clearly does not stand by it's product omce the consumer buys it. Beware!

Love these products!!!! My dog had reoccuring UTI's. I changed to Fromme wet & dry & they have completely disappeared. My cat, use to pull all her belly hair, would throw up, and had many other stomache related issues. The vet never could determine or help with a permanent solution. Again I started with Fromm for cats, & within weeks, her hair had all grown back & i no longer have messes to clean up & I know my cat is happy. Just wish i knew about this food sooner!!!

My dog loves Fromm Foods. They're great to the community and wonderful local business as well! My 9 year old Golden Retriever has eaten Fromm almost her entire life and does very well on it.

Our ten year old Lab has eaten only Fromm since day one. She consistently has great reports from the vet and still has a lot of energy for a dog her age. We love Fromm!

The quality of their pet food is ok. The level of customer service is terrible. I was sent a package of dog food that had a hole in the bag. This should have been a simple fix with appropriate customer service. Instead, the company refused to issue me a credit or send out the right food without a hole until I submitted pictures of my food bag and the box it came in for shipping so that they could determine who was at fault for a hole in the bag. I had bought from them multiple times before, so this should have been a polite ask after fixing my situation and not a requirement before taking action. Finally, I paid with a credit card and I do not believe requiring pictures in order to get my money back based on a problem with the order aligns to proper merchant sales contracts with VISA/MasterCard/AMEX. I tried to speak with someone in management and was not permitted. I advise people not to buy from this company because if this is their service for basic customer service, you can only imagine if something happened to your pet from one of their products, they will never stand by it.

With 3 Lab hunting dogs and having the pleasure of working as a sub contractor for this fine company, I would highly recommend there food to anyone.
This family owned company cares about everything they do from the employees, the distributors, the contractors that do work for them, and of course the animals they feed.
Keep up the great work.
Thanks

We feed our Belgian Malinois (12 weeks old) and our Belgian shepherd (8 years old) Fromm foods. They both have a strict diet. Where we feed them about 40% kibble and 60% raw. We’re extremely happy with feeding our dogs Fromm Foods.

I have a German shepherd that has a finicky stomach and have tried lots and lots of different dog foods. I was excited when I recently tried a sample of Fromm heartland gold, and he ate it like candy! With that said, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED to see that you put monosodium phosphate in this food!!!!! It is VERY TOXIC AND ADDICTIVE, WHICH IS WHY HE IS EATING IT LIKE CANDY! Again this is very disappointing to hear because your food came highly recommended and I wanted to support a local company.

I am a retailer and love this food. They have several formulas to choose from - and the classic line is great food at a super price point. It is family owned - they have their own factory- and you can call them and speak to someone who actually knows about the food. Great rewards program and they really support the independent pet stores.
