Never wiped down the fridge, left no door spacing tool, left no tool for the removal of the door handles, never attempted to level fridge. I had to ask how the fridge was leveled. Seemed very rushed.”

It is also nice to deal with a brick and mortar establishment as opposed to the internet. He stands by what he sells. He would never try to take advantage of any buyer and, in fact, I could not imagine any business owner more honest and fairer than him. He has a good selection of products, well suited to the Milwaukee market. Before you buy elsewhere check Audio Emporium out. He might even be able to order a product from a line he does not officially carry.”

“We recently were in the market for a new dishwasher. We wanted to purchase this from a local store due to a poor experience with a big box store post sale.We were not disappointed with Kettle Moraine. Our sales person LJ did a great job listening to our concerns and he recommended an American made Kitchen Aide dishwasher. He was very familiar with all the features of the machine and he encouraged us to try them out ourselves. We were very happy to hear that Kettle Moraine delivers and sets up their own products. This is a very important point! Our last kitchen package we purchased was set up by a secondary service and nothing was done properly and was difficult to rectify. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new dishwasher and will post an update at that time.”

“Great service, been looking for a business that will install speakers I come in with and hadn't purchased them in-store, and I found the place. Gave me a flat (including tax) quote immediately upon inquiry and that's what I paid after everything was finished, which is pretty cool seeing I found out during the installation that I had a wiring issue in one of my door panels which required extra labor to complete. I should also mention that the moment I first stopped in was the moment they asked for my keys and began the installation. No call prior to me stopping by, no schedule anywhere said today I'm getting my speakers installed. I just walked in, heard the price and handed over my keys. Waited at the shop until I they were finished. Very grateful for the employees and owners of this business. Thank you.”
