I've been buying your athletic shoes for a few years now and love them. The compression socks are WONDERFUL and most recently, I tried the gel insoles. I now walk without pain and the wide with option fits me perfectly. Once you buy the compression socks, you will never wear anything else! I now buy them for my son who is on a submarine for the US Navy as well as 3 of my best friends.

I have to Edit my original response.I gave a 1 star review 6yrs ago that was accurate. Dr Comfort from my experience now has come back to providing 5 star service again.

Ever since they have outsourced their customer support to India, their customer support and been HORRIBLE. They barely speak English and you have to repeat everything over and over to make sure they do it correctly. They used to be good, but have been horrible lately.

This company is a scam.I was charged a different amount 5 times on my debit card.I called customer service and did get a live person who stated that it was a glitch in their system and that it would fall off and the correct amount would be charged, that was 10/12. and the 5 charges are still pending.I went to the bank over the weekend to fill out a fraud packet and get a new debit card. I hate that it didn't work out, really wanted the shoes I order but if there are 5 pending charges that are not the amount that I agreed to pay holding up my money "pending" it's not worth it.Save yourself the trouble, not worth the hassle and time.

The women's shoes are like steel toed boots and they are so sharp around the edges that they cut into my skin even though they are too big. The "free" inserts look impressive but have very little cushion. I paid for these myself but I don't think Medicare should cover these shoes. Medicare doesn't pay for glasses, dentures, or hearing aids, so why should they pay for these hard shoes when a good athletic shoe would be more supportive, more comfortable, and not ugly.

Shipping is terrible, almost 3 weeks for shoes. You do not receive a tracking number and customer service takes 3 days to respond to one message.

Shipping is horrendous. Over two weeks to receive 8 pairs of diabetic sock. I get not all companies have next day delivery, but please make some effort to get better. Oh, the prices are high, cause living with TD-1 diabetes for 35 years isn't expensive enough.

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. It's not worth it - do not buy from them. You'll invest so much personal time just trying to get them to complete simple business transactions.
