I have to Edit my original response.I gave a 1 star review 6yrs ago that was accurate. Dr Comfort from my experience now has come back to providing 5 star service again.

Very comfortable shoe and a must have for wide feet!!!

Great products but customer communication and support is frustrating. No way to track an order other than to call with long wait times. Shoes were backordered for almost 2 months but never got a formal notice of the order delay and had to call (and wait) to get an estimated shipping date. Unacceptable!!!!
