I got eyelash extensions here months ago, and ever since I have been receiving MULTIPLE texts and emails every single day asking me to leave a review. Do not get eyelash extensions here. I get eyelash extensions all the time, but here -my eyes were burning the whole entire time. She made me hold a fan to my eyes and that helped, but that’s NOT normal. The lady doing my set got up and left me laying there multiple times for 10-15 minutes at a time because she was also working on someone’s hair as she was doing my eyelash extensions. Also lashes did not look like my inspo pic AT ALL. They were also playing super inappropriate music the whole time which is just unprofessional.

I had eyelash extensions at the Mequon location. And the result is gorgeous. I have received many compliments. Being an older woman with thinning eyelashes, it made a huge improvement on my appearance.

MY EYE WILL NOT STOP TEARING FROM BEING POKED… TWO HOURS AGO! Icing it is not working and no I’m not having an allergic reaction, it’s only the one eye that was stabbed that hurts. And yea I’m pissed, my birthday is in 3 days and my trip will be ruined if I CANT SEE! Why? I was patient, even though I wasn't seen until over an hour after my scheduled appointment. And then to be serviced in 30 minutes??? I WAS STILL KIND. I’m tired from work and now my eye is messed up, but I’m not so tired I can’t see how bad these extensions look. Or how swollen my eye is. This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. No apology, for dissecting my eye, or for the wait, just “you know wanna brush?” And “you can schedule your fill now if you feel like it”.Yes I’ll take brush because it’s all I’m getting for my money and no, I won’t be back for a fill/bruised eye. Thank you but no thank you.

Man I love this place and their staff! Namia is who I seen to get lip neutralization! She made me feel so welcome. She was professional and kind. I love my work and we will see my results in a few week! I’m super swollen rt now but soon it will be amazing!❤️❤️❤️

I haven't felt comfortable and relax in a public space in a long time. The ladies are kind, down to earth and attentive! Everytime I'm there I feel nothing but positive peaceful vibes! In my Martin voice( you go girls)! Yall are definitely doing y'alls thing!

NaMia did an excellent job with the service I requested. She made me feel at ease, was thoughtful & courteous. I booked a return visit on 12/26. I will book my 3rd visit 6 wks. after my 2nd visit. Prefer not to add a photo as my service was waxing of a personal nature.

Had a horrible allergic reaction after I was done my eyes were red and watery, woke up today my eyes were itchy and red and watery, took them off and had to get to school nurse and flush my eyes and now using eye drops
