Very pleased with the service I received from Alex at CPR Cell Phone Repair. I worked with him from start to finish and he was able to successfully bring my phone back to perfect working condition! He needed to order the part and was prompt and professional with letting us know it'd arrived and then following through to schedule the appointment. Highly recommend!

Incredible service and friendly staff. I went to recover data from my dead phone. Initially, I was informed of a $30 diagnostic fee. The technician worked on my phone for two hours and then informed me that he was unable to recover the data. Despite this, he did not charge me and said, "I know you will pay a lot to recover your data, and I don’t want to take money from you." He also referred me to a data recovery service company. A very polite and honest person. I will definitely return to this store in the future if anything else happens.

Polite staff and service was complete in the time indicated. My phone looks pretty much brand new. I would use this place if I didnt have insurance on my phone.
