I was referred to their Milwaukee location. Carson at the Milwaukee location called me quickly me to get me scheduled. The repairs were done quickly, very well, and returned the vehicle to me on time. The staff were all friendly and communicative. Locally owned does make a difference.”

“Caliber Collision in Germantown is now the only place I go for body work. Andy and his team always go above and beyond expectations. We have 3 cars and over the years they have been hit by other vehicles, side-swiped, broken into, hit by deer, etc and Andy and his team make everything look like new. The times when the damage was less than my deductible, Andy helped find like new parts from salvage yards to minimize my out of pocket expense and make the repairs affordable without compromising quality or looks. Most recently my 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium was hit by a deer and Andy and his team made the car look new. “The only word I can describe the quality of work the team provided is “METICULOUS”. From beginning to start of the project, the entire team made sure my car was taken care of and every suggestion and opinion was heard and implemented on flawlessly.
I turned my 2002 BMW 540i to them to have a complete color change from original Black to Lime Rock Grey and honestly, not even I can tell if the car was ever a different color then what it is today.
Brent, Manny, Hector, Katilyn and the rest of the team were always there and helpful and treated me like family.
I am so glad I had them take care of my vehicle and do the job as I don’t think there is anyone else in this state that I have seen so far that can do a better job then them, and trust me when I say, I have seen many paint jobs on cars and by far, this is THE BEST I have seen.

“Straight Line Collision really supported me through a difficult timeline. I was in Milwaukee visiting from out of town when someone side swiped me on the freeway. With limited time and resources, I could not find a body shop that could take care of my work for over a month. When I came across Straight Line, not only did they get me in right away for my estimate, but they also helped push the process through quicker as much as possible when it came to dealing with insurance. “Talked to Danny about my truck wheel well fenders that needed to be replaced as they were broken - he did me a solid when I talked to him and actually temporarily fix it so it wouldn't flap at no charge. I ended up having to cancel on my appt last minute due to a conflict and they were able to fit me in on Saturday. They replaced the new wheel well fenders for a very fair price and did a great job. Happy with their work and service! Would definitely recommend!”

“I went here recently for a emission test and it was great. The staff is friendly and welcoming in the process took less than 5 minutes.The only downside to my visit was actually finding the building. I was able to see it from the alley but I had no way of figuring out the entrance. Luckily, the Auto Care facility right in front of it guide me to the right location and from there I was able to see the small dot emission sign on the building.”
