All I want to do is exchange US$ for Euros and they will not do it because I do not have an account with them. However if I go to my bank, North Shore, they get it from Associated Bank. So then I pay double fees for both banks. Banks have become more of a hassle than helpful.

I do not associate with this bank. Do yourself a favor and put your money in the PNC bank next door.
