I have been trying my best to learn how to coupon it can be very difficult. If you don't do exactly what the coupon says the whole car is messed up or if I come into the store it's all messed up. I have literally been to a few different locations where Nobody has been quit as nice. The brown deer location actually made me cry however, the service at this location is absolutely outstanding. I never caught the managers name. She was a very nice woman, but I wanted to give a shout out to her all the staff, and especially Deairious. He was patient, and kind, took time to helped me, showed no attitude whatsoever unlike most of the experienced I've had going to different locations. It is hard out there, so couponing is a skill that I must learn and learn well, every worker at this location was wonderful. From the greeting I received as soon as I walked in to the have a good night when I walked out. other locations should definitely take notes. A page out of their book, because that is how customer service should be and I work in the customer service industry and I know how frustrating customers working, etc. can sometimes be with that being said, thank you thank you thank you!

Was told to be in at a certain time. Showed up early to find no one at the desk but 2 employees visiting in the clinic room not coming out to help any customers. After 20 minutes I peeked in and one of them said they were waiting for their nurse. Maybe the NP and her friend should learn to check patients in to keep on track with appointments. Not the place to be sitting when sick

Twice now I have made appointments and they have canceled under the pretense that they can't provide care. I was seen for ear infections and told to come back if not resolved. I made a follow up appointment and was called and told canceled because the provider couldn't help me. Went to Aurora Urgent Care and when I shared what the Mequon Clinic provider said, he was incredulous and said I'm not doing anything they shouldn't have been capable of. And then this week I was told they couldn't see me that I should go to Urgent Care again. Went for prescriptions and they were there not seeing any patients during my canceled time. I don't know why they exist if they won't see patients for care. Weirdest thing ever. I will never go there again. Skip them, just go to Aurora Urgent Care where they WANT to help you.

Plenty of parking and store is mostly clean, but other than that, not recommended. Photo review: Same day photo order was accepted. A few hours after they were supposed to be ready, I came to pick them up and they didn't have them. They asked me to come look at the computer and identify my photo. They printed one photo and told me to come back later for the others. Ten days later, they can find my order but not my printed photos even though I received a reminder to pick up my photos. They told me to resubmit the order and they will reprint but now the price is double because the promotion I used is over. Pharmacy review: I requested an Epi pen that was automated (auviq). They tried to give me the larger non-automated then said they might have the one I wanted. I accepted the Auviq, then opened the bag to see that it expires in 10 months. Wish I could have received one with a full year of life in it. I had one other time they switched a drug on me for a generic brand without telling me (I assumed it was the same and didn't open the bag until evening/store was closed); now I know to ask before accepting a medication.

I have used Walgreens almost exclusively my entire adult life, never again. My physician called in an RX for cough syrup on January 3rd. I received a text message that my Rx was back ordered and there was no further action needed. I called again on the 5th with no luck. My cough has been getting progressively worse and I called today (Jan16th) out of desperation because I am having difficulty sleeping. I was notified that my cough syrup had been sitting there for several days and they "assumed" I no longer wanted it. I assured them that I did and I would be there shortly to pick it up. I went to the drive through and asked them to put it on our easy pay. The amount was supposed to be $11with Good RX, but they charged my credit card $35.29. When I questioned it, she replied that I had already spoken to the pharmacist and that I knew what the price was. My husband drove around and I went in to question the pharmacist (whom I have never spoken to). He refused to acknowledge that I was overcharged, denied that they accepted Good Rx, slid the medication back to me and walked away. He would not even address the fact that I never spoke to a pharmacist, that my Rx had been waiting 13 days to filled, that I was overcharged, and that the Good Rx pricing was already part of my profile. Congratuations - you get to keep my $24.29 and you get to lose my entire family as customers.

Do NOT come here unless you want to pay an arm and a leg and your firstborn child’s soul to get some basic care. This is NOT a real urgent care. Aurora bills it as a “specialist” visit. That’s right, folks. A “specialist” - as though these people were treating pancreatic cancer or rheumatoid arthritis instead of runny noses and sore throats.I received a bill for about $80 a visit. That is ridiculous. That cost absolutely does not reflect the level of care that I received.Specialist clinic? The only thing that is special about this absolute dumpster fire is that you won’t need additional blood work - because they already bleed you dry.

First of all, pharmacy hours start at 9:00 am everyday now, so be aware. I was there right at 9:00 am ( they used to open at 8:00 am) and the Pharmacist was on time and trying to run the whole show because the Tech wasn't there. So when the Tech did show at 9:07 am, the Pharmacist pointed out to the Tech that she was late. The Tech responded "Seven minutes is not late" and said this with no regard for the Pharmacist having to take care of everything in her absence. So 5 Stars for the Pharmacist and ZERO for the Tech!

I stopped here to pick up some free photos from T-Mobile and wasn't particularly impressed with the store. The condition of the store itself was decent, but staff was not very friendly and lacked any sense of urgency in their interactions with the customers. I'm sure it can't be fun to deal with some of the Mequon denizens, but that doesn't mean you can't smile or say thank you. The photo counter worker also struggled to understand that my order was already paid for; thankfully the $0.00 listed on the label allowed my prints to be set free!

Dropped off my computer for shipping at their Fedex drop off counter. They tell me that they handed it to Fedex but Fedex states they never received it. Multiple visits back and forth and phone call but no one takes responsibility.

Twice I've gone and been given a false diagnosis plus they never are very helpful with suggestions for what I can do to feel better! I'm surprised that same nurse is still there!

I visited this clinic today and it was such a great experience! The staff was quick, professional, and thorough with their examination. I highly recommend coming to this clinic for your health care needs.
