“I'd first like to say how absolutely SWEET all the boys are! I started by buying a 2010 Toyota prius that ran AMAZING up until lovely Wisconsin pothole sent her to the graveyard. It would be an understatement to say I was sad. Andy the owner as I went the through the claim paperwork etc was so gracious to help me purchase a new vehicle. Agian I can't stress enough how sweet they were and my new car has been nothing but dependable, well running and he also said if I find anything wrong with it to let him know (within a timely manner not 2 years down the road so I'm clear) that he wouldn't flinch on fixing it! Red cedar automotive is the one place I've never felt like the wool has been pulled over my eyes and that I've been screwed. Then a couple days later, I decided to keep my van and brought it back home. Two weeks later, I changed my mind again and sent my van back to him. (messy again, I have 4 kiddos and a dog) Again, he cleaned it for me and he not only sold my van for me, but he also helped me find another vehicle that I could afford so that I still had reliable transportation for my job and my kids. I was very impressed with the way I was treated. His willingness to work with me even after I kept changing my mind back and forth showed his true character. Most people wouldn't have been as patient, he was very kind.”
