Rude staff, especially the manager!!!!!!!!Walk in to give my business and greeted with nothing but a snotty look. We all have our bad days but never seem to get friendly service here. Kwik Trip has earned my business going forward.

I have came here for many years now. I know some of the staff, and they know me. However, NOT ONCE did I have to bag my own items. Whoever this new person is, is ridiculous. Bag your customers items, scan them instead of having them twist and turn the items. If your that scared of germs, wear gloves.

I wish the staff was friendly here. But they just arent. Used to go all the time but will now drive right past it to go to the Kwik trip several blocks away because they at least look you in your eyes and greet you with a smile. I have thousands and thousands of points here that I am not even using due to the lack of customer service. That smile and acknowledgment makes a huge difference.
