The Service person was very thorough and walked me step by step through all procedures. He gave me updates on things that should be serviced and when they should be serviced. My oil change was done in a timely and efficient manner.

I purchased my first car this last weekend. After driving it off the lot, it started to have some issues. I texted the sales person Mark and he quickly responded to check out the issues. They then directed me to Cale who came in on a Sunday to get me a loaner vehicle and to check out my vehicle. The next day my car was fixed and ready to go. Great service, and a big thanks to Mark and Cale!

I was dealing with Dawson at this dealership, and he’s just great. He tried to find a dealer trade for me, but what I was looking for is extremely rare. Even though it didn’t work out, I would highly recommend him for any vehicle.I have been to the competing Chevrolet dealership in town, and they were just a joke, they didn’t take me seriously at all. I felt respected at JOHNSON GMC.

We were traveling across the state and were having AC issues on an extremely hot day. Pulled into Menomonie, found the GMC dealership and they agreed to fit us in the schedule. The service was excellent and they were able to get us back on the road in one hour. Awesome experience.

Everyone that I met at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. Starting with reception, to finance, to everybody in the service center. Mark was our salesman and was outstanding! I highly recommend his services. He was so knowledgeable in all the new technology. He made sure I was comfortable and understood all the bells and whistles before leaving the lot with my new car!
