They didn't scan my package so tracking never updated to say \\\"ready for pickup.\\\" I had to physically go in to check if package has arrived and voila, it's been sitting there for the past five days. Unimpressed; not very customer-focused.

Been waiting for 2 packages for three days when I should have gotten it 3 days ago. Constantly get updates saying my package arrived but still have not yet received it. No valid information is available when I contact fed ex and then it constantly shows it leaving and arriving and the same station multiple times

Unbearably poor service!! Keep checking tracking and it keeps saying for 3 days out for delivery but returned to Wearhouse. Called FedEx but they just keep telling me it is out for delivery.I will strongly consider never using a company shipping with FedEx.
