When the delivery guys installed our new dryer, they slid it into place rather than lifting, which damaged our rug. I sent them this photo taken right after they left. I asked them to show it to Dennys management, in hopes that we would be contacted and fairly compensated. We have not heard a word from Dennys management.

Sales was good, took 5 months to get our appliances, (Covid) good thing we were not in a hurry. After 4 months, our LG refrigerator started to make a clunking noise. Long story short, we were pretty much on our own to get it taken care of, having made endless phone calls, getting countless repairmen here, (who weren't able to diagnose the problem) and then finally after six months, it was replaced. Sales 5 stars....Service 2 stars

Although Jo in the service department was not able to send someone to fix my fridge (we didn't buy our fridge at Denny's), she stalked me through what I could do to try and troubleshoot, and then gave me the ne of a place in the area that COULD help me out. She was so helpful and gained a future customer!

If you are looking to buy an appliance I wouldn't use Denny's TV and appliance. We bought a refrigerator about 2 years ago and it was great. Recently purchase a portable dishwasher. It was delivered to my home, set in the kitchen and the driver told my son he wasn't to set anything up. My son and I had to take it out of the box and set it up. We went to use it and the hosing was stuck inside. It came out about 6 inches. Of course they were not open on the weekend, which I understand. My son was eventually able to get them out. The worst part of the experience was when my husband called to complain. They had reasons why. They claimed I agreed to this. I would have never agreed to that. I could have bought this from a big box store if I wanted to do this myself and saved $120. When my husband said that we would need to look for another company we were told that she looked forward to that. Beware!!!!!!

I did not purchase but the lady on the phone was super and confident and very helpful.Needed an appliance that day. With Covid appliance wait time with Denny's is very reasonable. They have super great rates and are personable. I'll shop there again.
