Hotel is dated in the rooms but very clean. Bathroom, floors and beds all clean. Pool area exceeded my expectations. Beds very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft.

I would normally stay away from normally not book at a Best Western. Not likely to even lookat reviews but the review score and pricing made me look. I am very happy with my booking. Quality on all topics! I will book this Menomonie location again. Thank you

I was very impressed with this hotel, I visited as a Stout Alumni over the weekend to hangout with friends, and attend an event. Overall, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was decent, and the customer service was excellent too.
