After receiving prompt shipments and excellent service in the past, my order still hasn't been delivered after 3 weeks and the company has not responded to my emails. No one answers the phone. I hope I get my money refunded through PayPal.

Ordered vitamin E. I emailed after almost 3 weeks and was told my product would ship the next day. After another week, several emails with no response, and a non functional phone number, I am trying to get my money back.

I ordered vitamin e for my horse 9 days ago. I received a email receipt. But nothing else. I sent the Company a email three days ago and have tried calling for the last 2 days. No response from my email and every time I call the message says a voicemail has not been set up for it? I'm questioning whether this is. A legit company?

Animal Health Warehouse is a great business and helps out local shelters when they can. We recently received a very generous donation of watering stations, pet gates and pee pads from them to use for our animals and events. It is nice to have such a company here in town!

Shipped fast and accurately. I ordered the Intelliflora Probiotics for Dogs and my 6 year old German Shorthair Pointer goes goes crazy over this product. Since we've been using the Intelliflora Probiotics, she has regained her energy, her skin and coat look healthy again and she always wants to play. I ordered the product and it arrived quickly and on time, there wasn't a lot of waste packaging and I am a completely satisfied customer. I will definitely continue to order from Animal Health Warehouse.
