I dropped off a return item to Amazon. The person who attended to me did not give me my receipt, so coming back 1 week later to ask why I haven't received any communication if Amazon has received my item, I am told I was supposed to be given the receipt and since I do not have it, they cannot help me.

The store hours say 3pm on Sunday. I drove 20 minutes because I knew I would arrive before 3pm. I pulled in at 2:53pm and doors were locked and employees would not come to door. Don’t say your hours are one thing and not be open. I will use someone else from now on.

Stay away if you are returning something via this store. They charge for taping an Amazon return box. One strip of tape, 6 inches, they charged me $1.05. The person behind the desk told me that I could go home and tape it. Haha. Lesson learnt - won't be using the services from this store again.

Jenny and Deonna were SO helpful helping us package a return of an obnoxiously large bean bag chair from amazon. Beyond wonderful customer service and assistance from these ladies!!! Thank you again!!

I made a return November 6th, In January of 2024 I was made aware that my package was lost. I’ve since reached out multiple times for some type of assistance and each time I’ve been met with a lack of care and no update as to how to move forward. The staff has been rude and misleading. This is a horrible experience and I would never refer anyway to use this horrible service

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Came in with an Amazon return and left with it because apparently workers don’t want to help. Thankfully the Germantown store took it no problems, guess my business will be staying over there now.

This store is usually a breeze to work with but I don't recommend you print here. Beware that they charge $2 per sheet of paper compared to just 10¢ per sheet at the library down the street! Also, remember to fully tape your items as they seem to be less flexible than at the post office (USPS) or FedEx when needing a small amount.

I used to take my Amazon returns here and they were super helpful and nice. Now they are trying to make an extra buck off of anyone and everyone. The lady ahead of me brought her return in an Amazon box, they charged her $1.05 for a SINGLE strip of tape to close it. Ridiculous… I brought my taped up box there and the younger gentleman started printing out the label for me till an older woman with black hair and tattoos stopped him and said my box wasn’t good enough. Said that I would have to purchase one of their envelopes for $3.00. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic. Her attitude was through roof.

They don't answer the phones at the location I used. All I get is an answering machine. I've used busier locations and they answer the phones but I don't live in that area anymore. I left a voicemail and still haven't heard anything as of this printing.

The employee was friendly responsible and she did what she had to do with the situation of me sending the proper way even sometimes the connection of the Wi-Fi was kind of I recommend for the it to check that it was pretty bad at first but then we got it going
