Had a great experience getting part of my Scuba Certification done here. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful, but a special shoutout to Ken and Hugh that we had train us. They were patient, friendly, knowledgeable and overall great to work with. Highly recommend this place for any Scuba needs!

I had the best experience shopping at this store! I was looking to get my first pair of goggles and dry snorkel for an upcoming vacation. Not only was the staff member on hand extremely helpful with selecting a proper pair of goggles that actually fit my face, he also provided a lot of insightful information that made me feel more confident about snorkeling. You can tell the staff here are extremely knowledgeable and have a passion for what they do. I highly recommend shopping here for your necessary snorkeling and diving needs.

I had some scheduling, pool and instructor conflicts so the owner, Mike, went out of his way to make sure I was accomodated. I worked with Bruce --- he was knowledgeable, patient, fun, positive and shared lots of good tips. If you want to learn or refresh your diving, this is an excellent place.

We used UC for our scuba certification. Everything was really easy and our instructors were very helpful and capable. My open water guy Alex got me settled when I definitely panicked. No way I could have went back down without his help. Top notch staff and equipment. We are totally happy and would highly recommend them for any scuba needs.

The team of staff here are amazing. They train you well both in the classroom and in the water. They don't skimp out on lessons, dive practice or your overall education. I personally observed that if you can't complete the necessary skills you will have to do extra training till you get it right. If you want a quality education and staff this is the place, if you just want to pass a class with instructors who don't care then find somewhere else. They also have a well stocked shop for your diving needs as well as gear service.

One of the Go-To locations for all things scuba and snorkeling related activities. I took my introductory scuba classes here when I was in high school. Fun fact - You can get college credits for getting your scuba diving lessons. I take my scuba BCD and regulators here to get checked out every year before our annual diving trips. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also plan out scuba diving group trips!

Went on a SCUBA trip through Underwater Connection to Cozumel MX. This was mine and my fiancé's first non-class dives. It was an absolute blast! Mike and Randy were extremely patient and knowledgeable. They organized everything to a T and the trip wouldn't have been nearly as amazing without them! The trip group was very welcoming and fun!We also rented dive equipment from the shop to take along for the trip. I had some issues with my equipment but Mike and Randy helped me troubleshoot and resolve it safely.We would go on another trip with them in a heartbeat!

Went on the Cozumel 2021 trip with underwater connections and not being a regular or for that matter never being in the shop before the trip I was nervous that I would be an outsider on the trip. I was wrong after only one day with Mike and the group I felt like I had known them for the past ten years. Super friendly and easy to work with and definitely look forward to future interactions with underwater connections!
