Even though I was the last vehicle of the night, Bobby and Dustin provided excellent customer service. They layed out all options, they were thorough and very friendly. I'll definitely go back to them again.

I used it feel good about coming here and confident about coming to get work done here. I will not be back again !!!!!! Ive never had a worse oil change experience. Did not give me a choice of grade of oil. The oil was poured from a bucket. Never showed me the filter Never showed me the fresh ? dip stick took 30 min tec went under the car gone a long time did not reset the oil light The more i think about this job the more i worry that something went wrong ?. Also when i asked for a receipt was told u werent giving them out that it was online BAD BAD exerience

I was pressed to find a place that was open on Labor Day and Oil Changers provided! Fast service and good customer service are hard to come by so I’m genuinely thankful for the pleasant experience!

Just recently got an oil change here and while I was getting it done I heard the technician who was under the car went a little to hard on the drill taking off the splash guards. Spring forward to now I was walking up to my car and noticed something was hanging and it was the splash guards and he complete over tighten it which broke the front clip mount and I’m missing clips … I was impressed with this place until now and I noticed he was a newer tech … very disappointed bc now my stuff just hangs ?

Sometimes it is quite a wait. They can be busy close to weekends and holidays but they provide thorough service. Window washing, window washer fluid, and tire air pressure. Their emissions test is also so simple and quick. They also make sure you get coupons. Bobby is great, awesome customer service and this time it only took about 10 mins for an oil change once we got in the garage.

Fast and friendly service for my emissions test, plus I could purchase my plate sticker there so I was all set within a matter of minutes (without having to leave my car).

I will not be coming back anymore after my last experience. It took almost 30 min for my oil change and I heard the technicians talking while doing the oil change how it was stripped down there and asking how to get it off. I’ve only been going to oil changers so I know if anything was wrong it was from my last visit. They had me pay before the service was done and then they said to make sure to add to the notes that it was stripped. When I asked what was stripped they couldn’t tell me or tell me how it happened or a solution. Then they had me leave without helping get my maintenance light off. Overall a bad experience and I used to like going here. I will be going to a shop that actually is knowledgeable on cars from now on.
