They have very stupid rules to unload flatbed drivers, always prioritize dryvans. 2-3 hours is a normal waiting for flatbedders in the morning. Evening is the best time, you just show up before 10, they unload you within 30 mins.

Came to pickup! shipping was very rude to truck driver and yelled at him for mistake. Driver was angry at shipper for yelling in his face. No recommend here.

Unloading done in 15 minutes, arrived here 9:15pm, overnight parking available. Portable washrooms.
