Hannah helped me find the foundation I needed so quickly. I really appreciated that she gave me a few minutes to browse and then approached me. Very great customer service.

What’s the point of a Sephora store inside kohls if it’s not a real Sephora. I was told they do not except Sephora returns or exchanges. This is the closet location to me. Time to start making my purchases at Ulta.

Customer service was pretty terrible. I believe she was a manager, would recommend putting her through training. I’ll visit Ulta down the road.
