Lives up to their name..."express"!! I had a fantastic experience. I was immediately greeted and helped (my first time visiting). Sped right through the wash and I came out with a VERY thorough clean! Very impressive! Pulled to the side to wipe interior and exterior with their damp towels and spray bottles ...wow what a fantastic and unexpected touch! Can't remember the last time my vehicle was this clean! Highly recommend and will be back soon!

Great customer service. They pre spray the vehicle paying attention to trouble spots( bugs, mud). Free towels, vacuums, touch up wax etc. Their machines are all, always working, unlike other washes in town.

Tried out the new car wash. My car was on the road and full of bugs n gunk on the car. The prewash cleared off most of the bugs and the eash took care of all others! Super nice staff at the falls! Will be back very soon.

Best car wash around. Take their time to spray a pre-wash to make sure everything is clean. Great attention to detail.

I've has a great experience here but the young man who was working yesterday morning was sensational...even caught our car magnet that fell off. Highly recommend their monthly car wash membership.

AMAZING CAR WASH!! And fantastic customer service! I typically go here because it seems to be the only car wash in town that gets the bugs off my (white) vehicle after long trips. I had waited longer than usual to get a wash after a recent trip and noticed there were still some bugs on my vehicle after the car wash. I went to the front desk and without hesitation they ran me through the wash again, taking extra time to ensure the bugs were removed. Thank you for the awesome care, I will definitely be back!

This was my first time going through a car wash, went well, easy to get in the track and then switch to neutral. Attendant was helpful. I was in and out within ~3 minutes. Car looked great that night. I think some soap didn't get off the car in some areas but I'm not sure if that's always how car washes are.
