The store is always stocked, it always smells like bleach, which is a good thing because it means they clean.. and the staff is very friendly.

Don't like this place try not to shop their but chuck in the produce section helped me find sure jell and seriously was the most helpful person after I had to walk around and two others basically didn't help . You guys need people like chuck . Thank you John

It’s almost all self checkout, and the machines constantly malfunction. One clerk, 6 machines all flashing for help at the same time. Clerk then refused to allow me to use coupons because pizzas were already on sale. Couldn’t get through to a manager on hold. This place is a dump.

TERRIBLE experience at Pick N Save MF Appleton Ave location.
Went shopping this morning for a handful of items on the new sale and half the items weren't even stocked, the floor was a mess, as I was shopping I overheard several employees complaining about their job. but my biggest problem is with the employees at the checkout. Got in the self checkout line and started noticing signs on the registers saying card only so I went up to the associate who watches over the self checkouts Laquanda, and said excuse me are any of these able to take cash today? She responded with no just that middle one over there. I asked how come there aren't any more available, the stores been open for how long now? She responded with major attitude: because nobody's brought any over and it ain't my problem, I said well yes it is your problem because you work for this store. Laquanda responds with what do you want me to do about it do you want me to get you a manager? I went back in line to wait for the one and only cash accepting machine finally someone opens up an extra register to check out so I go over there to be checked out with even more attitude from an associate named Ness. I complained about my first experience with Laquanda, Ness responded with more attitude: well what do you want us to do about it do you have more employees to work for us I just got in at 9:30. I said I come to this location all the time and there's never only 1 cash register. Ness again responded with what do you want me to do about it it's not my problem. I said I guess I'm just going to have to call corporate to complain about this Ness responded: well go ahead they ain't going to do nothing about it. So I asked for the current store manager and Ness just kept going on and on and arguing and nothing but attitude because I had a complaint about my bad experience. I said your employees have attitude and need customer service training I've worked in customer service for 20 years and would never treat my customers this way a simple apology for the inconvenience would have sufficed but no I get nothing but backlash. Does customer service not exist anymore? Poorly run store, Never going back to this location!

I tend to do pickup orders with Pick N Save because it is easier to save time and the first I did this at this Pick N Save it went well so I decided to do it again. It was at a busier time so I was expecting to be waiting a little longer than usual but I waited 50 minutes before they brought the groceries out. By the time it came out, it was past the time I was scheduled to pickup. I called inside just to make sure that the checkin from my app went through and the girl had attitude and told me they were busy and would be out soon. I’ve also been in there to shop in-store and was in line at checkout for 30 minutes because on two registers were open along with self checkout. I understand being busy but they are in no rush to take care of people.

Worst grocery store of Menomonee Falls. It's a Wednesday night and there's 26 people in line. One regular checkout and 5 self. Employees refuse to turn on the other self units. Avoid.

We live a few miles from your store and we have been shopping there for over 20 years. WE ARE DONE SHOPPING WITH YOU! You change your policy on where you can check out liquor weekly in the last few weeks. Now we are told you have to check out liquor only in the liquor department and that is because it is a policy in Menomonee Falls. Well no it is not, you can check out liquor at the grocery counter at Piggly Wiggly.
My wife was just at your store and she checked out her liquor at the liquor department and continued grocery shopping. When she was checking out she was told you cannot check the liquor out here. There was stickers on the liquor and she was given a receipt. The manager and another person swarmed her like she was trying to steal. They said her transaction did not go through in the liquor department. Well no she was not trying to steal, she went back to the liquor area and there were ten people in line, I guess the 15 item limit means nothing like the no liquor at the grocery line. I checked our account and she was only charged once for the liquor.
Your store has a few friendly staff members and they make up for the lack of staff and that is a problem with many service industry facilities which is no fault of their own. After over 20 years of shopping with you we are done.

Today I stop at the liquor store that opens at 8:00a. The door is locked and I have to walk around to the other side. I go to the liquor store and there is no one working in that department. A liquor salesman hunts someone down and they tell him to send me back to the other side. It is now 8:45 and the liquor store door is still locked and no one in the department. I walk around to the other side where I am forced to go through self check out. A manager is standing idle 10 feet from me, avoiding eye contact. This is the worst Pick n Save ihave ever been in. It is like this all the time.

I would rather starve than give you one more dollar of my money. Someone should be in prison over these prices. $17.99/lb for a 1" ribeye and you have the nerve to put "low price" next to it. Immoral is the nicest thing I can say.

On a on April 25th I had the pleasure of working with a young man named Collin who was a new employee
At the pick and save on Appleton Ave I wanted to buy.
A gift card for my grandson , so I chose a $100 apple gift card to share with him I paid cash for the card.
And in turn the card was activated. So I thought it was once I got home. I sent him the card only to find out that it was numbers and letters missing off the card. Mind you, we checked 3 other cards because we saw fraudulent activity on the cards also . And the cards are no longer there I was told they were to.pull all apple cards for verification I contacted the pick and save to let them be aware of this card. I spoke with the manager named Josh. Who in turn just told me to bring the card back the next day. And my money will be refunded. And they will investigate the card so it cost me an additional $20 to take the trip up there the next day. To return the card Only to be told that Josh was not in and he left. No information on this incident about this card. So in turn, I met up with 2. So-called managers who were very rude and had no concern about my situation. I asked them. Could they please contact Josh? And maybe he shed some light on what was going on with this card. They in turn told me they could not find him. They don't know where he was located. And that they will not make the phone call to disturb him.
So furious as I was about how I just lost a hundred dollars in a fraud apple card from Pic and Save on Appleton ave. This is just card of many with no ativatation code redeem this card busisness needs to shut it doors, of fraudelent gift cards and their no refund policy..so they just get to keep the money
