Its peak after work hours and the self checkout lanes are closed. No manager running the front end. Takes 20 minutes to check out

I'm not a fan of the store in general and compared to other Metro Markets they lack uniqueness. Lots of expired items on shelves, customer service not the best but people are usually friendly. Never had a bad experience with the pharmacy so would recommend them.

Good stock if food. I wish they would have more cashiers rather than self check outs. The bakery is good. This location seems organized clean and well stocked. The cashiers and baggers they have are always very nice.

This is my go to Metro Market. Employees are friendly. Love that there are multiple self checkout options. The pick up feature is great! Able to stay focused and only purchase what I really need instead of wandering around hungry and buying lots of extra snacks. ?

The bagger left the cashier as I added my items to the belt ( some guy with glasses), but the cashier was cool. I helped her bag my things myself. I made my way to the customer service desk after my purchase and that person was rude no eye contact, never even responded to my question she just asked her associate my question...and the other associate told me she would be back in a sec. (Better than nothing) So I stepped to the side so the next customer could get help and about 3 minutes later the rude one said the lady would be back she's checking . The 2nd lady. returned and said the item was unavailable. That's fine. Just didn't like the cold shoulder treatment, when I clearly heard the 2 people in front of me greeted with hello how may I help you and when they left she was sure to tell them happy holidays.

Quiet, never too crowded. Self checkout is ok. Always fully stocked. Friendly. Excellent meat and fruit department. Accessible parking.

One cashier. One!!! The rest was small self check out registers. I am not getting paid to check out and bag my groceries. Hire and pay employees to do this for your customers that are being robbed blind by the prices on the shelves as it is. You have a few belt self check outs but they are never open. Because you won’t hire enough employees to man them. I’m not gonna shop here if I have to check out a huge cart of stuff in a 2 foot area where it’s all somehow supposed to fit.

I've had a Kroger discount card for years but today they insisted I needed a digital coupon in addition. When when I asked why no one explained why a senior or anyone else needed two id's to get a discount. I will stop shopping there due to this policy.

Worst customer service ever. I was at the store on Sunday 20th could not get help in the deli. I was told they didn't open until 8:00 am. All I wanted was 2 PCs of mozzarella cheese. Called manager useless. Called the store to talk to a manager. Kept putting me on hold. Then hung up on me. Called back numerous times. They kept hanging up on me descusting manager behavior.

I was in this store yesterday and saw a mouse run across the floor. I left immediately. Definitely need a visit from the Health Dept to see what the issue is here.

Very poor time of the day to be stocking shelves in the middle of the day on a Sunday. Product and very unfriendly staff everywhere. We will not return!
