I went in with 2 old, mostly full, gallons of paint, green and grey. I asked if they could mix them up and together to make a color closer to what I wanted, sage grey. He did so AND added more color to it. NO CHARGE. He was the best service/sales man I have ever crossed paths with. I am someone with 15 years of service and hospitality experience; I know good people when I see one. I didn't get his name but he was at the Grandview, Waukesha location today. 40/50 years old and he said he has worked there for 30ish years. This completely made my day. He was such a wholesome person and he made my whole week !! THANK YOUUU”

She asked all the right questions about our project, what we were painting, color we were covering, etc. She explained the differences in the grade/quality of the paints available and told us about Sherwin-Williams keeping track of our color for 10 years.”
