Today I needed 4 drawer pulls and 12 matching knobs -- ideally in a bronze finish. BAM! Had them in stock! I also wanted to get specifications on a complicated hardware device. Though these were not available, staff went online to find what I needed, called the supplier, then suggested I go to the supplier showroom to check them out. Competent, friendly service with excellent hardware options.

excellent selection of some of the most unusual hardware down to the basic stuff. Expect to pay a premium price over the large home improvement stores. Would be worth it if your budget allows it. We figured buy the premium hardware for items that would be difficult to replace in the future. We can always upgrade the rest later when the money is available.

I shop here often for gifts for my boyfriend. The employees here are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I never though I'd enjoy going to a hardware store but they make the experience pleasurable.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I have not had this amazing of an experience at a hardware store in 20+ years. Amazing Staff. Unbelievable selection. I needed some very specific hardware. They knew exactly what I needed. Drop in replacement! UNBELIEVABLE! Highly recommended to replace any hardware or cabinetry (or anything else) Amazing store and worth the 35 minute drive! Thank you Neu's!
