The Mister Car Wash on Appleton is NEVER open. In the last month of me working out here it's been closed 3 times when I've gotten here. I can't tell you how many times I've come and it's been closed. Don't try calling, they will NEVER answer the phone. Never. Today I came at 3:50 pm and coness block the passage to come in. As I pull away, an Ubers eats pulls up and delivers chic fil a to a TM who comes out and grabs food. I ask if they are open and they just turn around and walk in the door. Not saying a word to me. Who runs this place!?!?!?!? Just wild!

Bit pricey for the platinum package, but my truck looks brand new after every wash. 2x through per month pays for the membership, and they don't care if you gotta run it through twice to get it clean after it's been a while.

I always go to this car wash because my car comes out really clean. The place is always clean, there’s a place to finish drying and vacuum your vehicle , employee's are friendly

6/19/24 showed up before 7pm (they say they are open till 7). Cones were up and the 2 people in the little room just quickly looked at me and then went inside. I don’t care if it’s 30 mins before 7 or 2mins before. If you close at 7pm paths need to be open until the clock hits 7pm. We all have cellphones that tell us the exact time. Please speak to your employees.

Careful!!!!!!!!! I wish I could have read about this place on Google first. Seeing the comments and experiences of people who have lived through the same thing as me. The photos say it all, since May 15 I did the report, today I asked why no one has contacted me and they tell me that I probably did the damage to my vehicle, a vehicle that with all the effort I took from the dealer and I am still paying, the employee is not to blame but it is definitely not a safe place for vehicles. nothing professional!!!! I know that they are going to want to excuse themselves by saying that they are interested in helping me and that I should contact them, I won't do it anymore, my report is 0487-24-016495 and you have my information!!!!!

Quickly moved through a line but always extremely busy and at least double the price of other local car washes. Not the easiest to maneuver car onto; though the attendant was patient.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I had been coming here for car washes for several years and the last time my car came out with massive scratches on the hood! Instead of taking responsibility for it they ignore my calls and finally I got a nasty email from them "explaining" how their car wash can't possibly leave scratches!

went thru wash, immediately noticed and reported the wash left long horizontal continuous scratches down entire length of truck, in person one can clearly tell these are not swirl marks either. reported it and filed a claim. GM didn’t take calls or respond to emails and numerous voicemails, they simply denied claim stating long scratches are dealer swirl marks. GM refused to take actual look at truck before denying claim. horrible wash avoid and buyer beware with the potential scratches to your vehicle
