“I frequently stop in here to return items from online orders, and prices are generally a little higher than online, with popular styles and sizes pretty picked over. There are still some good deals, and it is nice to see items in person, even if you need to order a different size. Some employees are super helpful, going above and beyond, some decidedly unhelpful, it’s hit or miss.”

“This is my first time actually being a Mayfair Mall in quite a long time since I moved out of Milwaukee. This was my very first time going to a box of lunch store and it was fantastic. The amount of anime and Disney stuff throughout the store as well as other pop culture was amazing and they had some good deals going on. They helped me put together a top notch final burial suit. My last gift to him.Everyone complimented the suit. It was simply phenomenal. I am so grateful to the staff, their expertise and how they handled my time of grieving with empathy.The quality of the selection is superior.Highly recommend! “Can't say enough about the exceptional service and caring that was extended to myself and my two daughters from Karie and the alterations staff that helped us.... I am a somewhat capable seamstress and thought I could hem my own dress .. well life happens and my world turned upside down with the unexpected and time escaped me and here I was a month and a half out from the wedding and my dress was not hemmed and I am the mother of the bride !!! My daughter the bride was having her alterations done here and i came with her -- so in desperation I asked "would you be somehow able to hem my dress as well?" .. and Karie said absolutely !.. and fit me in the schedule right then and there !!! And a week later, my daughter the maid of honor brought her dress to them as well. From beginning to end for myself, my daughter the maid of honor, and my daughter the bride - the professionalism and caring was exceptional - so were the workmanship of all the alterations - they made sure my daughters and I were 100% happy and did what was necessary to make it what we wanted.. The cost was disclosed to us upfront and it was honored throughout - no additional hidden fees..... They took care of all 3 of us - and we do not hesitate to speak highly of them to anyone we know that need great, efficient and perfect alterations - If you need alterations, come here first- you wont need to look any further - definitely 5+ star service !! Thank you staff at Influence Apparel so much for outfitting us so beautifully !!!”

This store is somewhat pricey, but they provide quality fit, quality fabrics (silk, cotton, cashmere, linen) and a classy, tailored look - something we need more of. Doesn't feel as fast fashion as other stores - they tend to bring back quality pieces every year.”
