I've had jus SOooo many Issues when I cal Kohls Credit Center. I INQUIRE about one thing, and they want to bring up something Total different. I Pay my Credit Card in FULL Every time. I Cancelled my Kohl's Credit Card a few yrs ago, due to their Customer Service Reps in the Cal Centers. Il jus need to cal the Store from now on. I just thought...That's the Purpose of the "CALL CENTER."

I cant believe that kohls wouldn't honor a 10.00 gift that they emailed me for being such a good customer. I received it the beginning of april. Stores were closed and if I ordered something online it would cost more to ship it. So I opted to wait and see when the stores would open. Here we are may 10, stores still closed. It may not be much but it's the principle of the situation. People and stores are going out of their way to help. Not Kohls!!!! Oh I tried to call customer service number, no answer. 3 times. So i waited on a chat online, girl said its expired cant use it!!! Wont be shoppoing at kohls i will pay off my credit card and they can go to hell!!!

I would also give zero stars if I could. I love the products and prices but the customer service is just not there. I was at the Bel Aor store at Festival yesterday. I walked into the store in a great mood and left very upset. I deal with 3 different associates and all of them were very rude. I will not be shopping here anymore.

Absolutely some of the worst customer service I've ever had. I called just to see if they could email me my credit card statement or even fax it and they could do neither. It's my account I should be able to request my statement anytime. no one there seems to know what's going on and the representatives are rude. Sent me on a wild goose chase for no reason. Really thinking about closing my card.

If I could give their customer service zero stars I would. You call the number and you get different a different person every time, they keep notes on your account but can’t transfer you to the last person you spoke with. I spoke with a supervisor with ID #26686 on Sunday July 14th around 6pm he said he would give me a call back on either Tuesday the 16th or Wednesday the 17th. It’s now Friday and I have yet to hear from him. Spend your money else where Kohl’s is a joke and so is the customer service.

This number is useless...I made a $100 payment, then a $30 payment on my kohls charge 10 days ago and it still hasn't posted to my available credit yet it does show that both payments were recieved! I have called over and over and keep getting lied to! What a joke! Give me money back or adjust my account!!

I apply for a card and get approved. I never receive the card. I notice on my credit report the Kohles card is there and since I don't use it due to non receipt called the call center to cancel it. The rep encourages me to keep my account and he will send me my card plus bonus coupons.I do receive the coupons however I don't receive my Kholes card. In the meantime I shop at Kholes, spend my money. I cant use my cool coupons to save me money. It's whatever, I still choose to shop there. Well Praise Jesus for Credit Karma.The Kholes losers, close my account due to inactivity. Lol. However when I want to close my account its a big deal. At this point the customer service rep states "perhaps it is due to not having the right billing address." Lies.. Okay well, come to find out they cannot even pull up my account. I have to apply for a new account. Ask for a supervisor got no where. Same thing.I have to apply for a new account. Why would I do that?! Wasted enough of my time. Plus, to be lied to as if they are looking in my account! They saw the last time I called and spoke to the original rep that was to send me my card via phone. Not cool Kholes reps.How can you do that if you don't have my account in front of you. Then to be told my account no exists due to closure. Yea, I wont be applying for a new account. Perhaps TJ max or Burlington cards.Won't be spending cash or credit there! Unless it's someone else's money ;). Sad!
