Per web site states store hours are until 9 pm arrives ther on today 4/2/24 and sign on store says open until 6 pm very disappointing!!!!

Always having issues with my joann online orders for pickup. This store just canceled my entire order for pickup the next day. It was a large order and unlikely everything was just out of stock.

Store hours posted on window say open at 10am and doors didn’t open until 10 minutes after. The store manager was texting DURING mine and others transactions. Unfriendly and bad customer service. Leaning on the counter the entire time.

I ordered a product online and paid for it. I then checked the hours of operation for pickup because I was traveling 1/2 hour to pick up my item - the Joann in my area didn’t carry the product. They were supposed to be open until 9pm but when I got there at 6:15pm the hours posted on the door were 10-6. They had changed and not posted online. Three employees were locking the door and I asked if they could please just grab my paid for pkg but was told a flat out “no” by the person holding the key. I told her I travelled a half hour to get my item based on the hours online but she couldn’t have cared less. I was so angry- it would have been just a kindness thing on her part to grab the paid for pkg for me. Never will I go there again- except tomorrow to pick up my item.?

Store hours are incorrect, so after driving 30 minutes I was turned away.When I called to kindly recommend that they update their hours online, someone answered, said “we’re closed” and hung up on me.The phone recording also lists longer hours, as does the website but none are accurate. The Customer Service option on the website is broken as well lol. What a mess.

Waaaay too long of a line at the cashier station. Left my items there, because my time is more valuable than purchasing stuff and having to wait more than a couple of minutes in line to pay for the stuff. And it's happened before. I won't be going back any time soon.

Very disorganized and disappointing. Fabrics everywhere, on the floor. Hard to see merchandise. It's an easy fix. Hopefully not their new norm.
