Had an haircut appointment, was on time, and waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time. The stylist never came to tell me she was running late or a give an apology. I will never go back. Disappointed by the lack of customer service. What a waste of time.

My first time with this salon. My hair stylist was very new and I appreciated her honesty. We talked through my wants and what her comfort level was. I couldn’t be happier with the cut , color and styling is super easy with the roller brush hair dyed she suggested. Jessie you were amazing and I greatly appreciate my new look.Services: Haircut

Terrible customer service and deceitful sales practices. Contacted assistant manager Lisa November 29th. She was no help and made false statements. November 30th I then contacted Kyle, the store manager. He apologized and promised to assist me by sending me forms i needed for rebate immediately in the mail to me. November 9th and i still have nothing. I am currently on hold trying to reach corporate. 36 minutes on hold and nothing! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!! RIPPED ME OFF OF $73 OF HARD EARNED MONEY.
