“Enthusiastic, motivational, encouraging, knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly … just a few words to describe the coaches and staff at Orange Theory Fitness Menomonee Falls. From my first class I was greeted by name, and the front desk and coaches are always happy to work with me as I navigate through some current physical limitations still wanting to participate fully. The various workouts are challenging, and the class participants are able to be working at their own pace not pressured but pumped up to give the last “all out” effort. I’m extremely pleased with this program, and look forward to going to OTF for a morning “push” in the right direction.”

“Really nice private gym. With a nice variety of equipment and attachments. No specialized equipment/bars (think belt squat machine or SSB), also no hack squat but that's a minor point. Dumbbells go up to 120lbs, with pre-loaded EZ-bar and straight bar going up to 100lbs. Also had a nice hammer strength selections.Gym is kept very clean and nothing is out of place, patrons are friendly and put weights back when done.Again this place is private so you'll have to call in to see if there are any membership openings.*Will add pictures later”
