The managers (mostly Krystal) were mocking their mentally impaired staff, and they were pressuring employees to break ethical guidelines, like cutting off price tags on newly donated items and doubling the original prices.

Great prices, very clean and well organized.

Employee tossing houseware glass in cart. Making a ton of noise and breaking glass through cart and on the floor. Followed by wiping shelves of items into cart and garbage onto the floor. This type of behavior was disruptive and made our experience unpleasant. Perhaps employees should be trained on how to carry out tasks with respect to your patrons in mind instead of making it about breaking items and making a scene.

This location's rollout of the "refreshed" loyalty card program is a complete dumpster fire. A whole month where you can't redeem points is crazy. During the busiest month of the year. Especially because other Milwaukee area Goodwill locations have been redeeming points as usual. Hopefully they read their training manuals so this is available in January.

Update your site hours to be accurate, the store is not open on Christmas Eve.

The dressing room lady was extremely rude. Even gave me an “ugh” because I forgot to put the cart at my door.

They just post ebay prices now. Not worth it unless you get really lucky and they price something wrong.

I love going to Goodwill and this location does have good finds however they need way more shelving. The shelves are jam packed with little to no organization especially in the toy and Christmas areas. This makes looking for items stressful as if you grab something the odds of something falling is high. They seem to have a lot of staff so I would think some of their tasks would be to organize the shelfs. I will say they do need more shelving in order to allow for organizing to occur.

The manager krystal is one of the rudest managers ive encountered. Shes power hungry, bosses people around, and takes her title way too seriously for a thrift shop. Goodwill also makes you discard the next color tag that will be 50 percent off so you cant get that deal. Krystal has had several leads and managers walk out on her and the regional manager does nit do anything about it. Dont work for someone who is entitled in life. She shows favoritism, snarkiness and a huge snob torwards customers and employees, and is not customer service friendly. Do not support this store.

The last three times I went to Goodwill at this location, I was very disappointed at how the shelves were just jam-packed with a bunch of junk / trash. This used to be a very nice goodwill, but not anymore.

Everythg is Expensive. Shelves are so full they overflow. There are carts on the aisles filled with products. They need to drop their prices to move this stuff.

My friend and I normally go to this location. While we were coming out of the fitting rooms a worker named wendy who already appeared to be in a mood rolled her eyes and made faces while we were putting our unwanted items on the rack. I’ve had issues with this worker in the past. She’s been very rude and makes me not want to go to this store. Very sad how one worker can keep me from going to one of my favorite stores. Do better goodwill. #firewendy

Like all of the Goodwill stores... they have jacked their prices several times. The 50¢ price tag has mostly gone away and is now 99¢. Over the last year, this store like everyone else is struggling with staffing... so CLUTTER is often the rule. Goodwill in general now sends all the "Good Stuff" to their E-Commerce location in Racine WI to be put on-line. While this gives them the extra profit, it has taken the excitement of "the find" at Goodwill away... so the desire to go daily has dropped. There are still a few gems to be found now and then, mostly if someone in the back screws up. A lot of "Dollar Store" items can be found at $1.99 despite having the dollar store brand tag still on the item. I still find some decent to excellent Art works... Antique Prints and some originals here... as I guess those are too big to send to the E-commerce center. The clothes side can be frustrating as sizing is all over the place. Ive see some of the young staff "dumping" items in the racks... that is grabbing 12 or more of say mens shirts off the rolling racks... and just dropping them on the sales racks... despite the shirts being different sizes... they don't want to take the time to sort them where they belong. This seems to be all over the place. Even groups of women clothes dumped in the mens racks.

Me an and my fiancé went to the Goodwill in Menomonee Falls Wisconsin. I found a wedding dress to try on and I asked my fiancé to help me in the dressing room because I was struggling to zip it up in less than not even a minute that my fiancé was helping me, an African-American goodwill employee, a woman started pounding on the dressing room door, almost giving me a heart attack yelling at us in a loud and direct voice, saying that he couldn’t be in there whatsoever, and my fiancé repeatedly said I’m helping her zip up her dress. She was very rude and even after we left the dressing room followed us up to the front of the store. We are never going back to good will in general, especially this location. Very rude service.

I usually love shopping here, but when I went to the fitting rooms, it seemed like the worker “Wendy” had an attitude from the start. When I came out of the fitting room, my daughter wanted to climb under the cart, I used to do the same thing when I was little, whatever! Wendy had to say “why you letting her do that?” I responded “because she always does” and Wendy responded “WOW” and started talking under her breath as she walked away. I wish people would mind their own business and let THE PARENT do what a PARENT does. She really needs to learn to mind her own business. I’ll be going to other thrift stores from now on. I definitely don’t like this one anymore. Just because of Wendy.
