I see the real reviews patients or perspective patients want to see are here on Google and not on the clinic's website which are clearly only 5 stars but no others. Shameful. My experience with April Zahng in dermatology at Townhall was poor. April seemed like she didn't really care about the issues with my skin and she was rushing through the appointment. Her demeanor was practically rude to disrespectful but also warned she had other patients to see. I suggest her management discusses with her it is unbecoming to act out loud that you're better than your patients. Rude.My husband was waiting in the lobby and he said I looked frustrated. I see I'm not the only patient here that had a bad visit, not to mention the bill I received. Look, take my review as helpful or not but I hope it helps someone else. My experience led me here to Google Reviews and it's the only way to let others know to beware.P.S.I see many of the poor responses here has a lackey at the bottom claiming to be sorry and call their patient relations number. Don't bother, that department doesn't care either.

I have been coming to Froedtert Town Hall Health Center in Menomonee Falls since it was built. Prior to this, it was known as Medical Associates, and I came to this clinic for my medical needs for many years. I have found all of my doctors at Froedtert Town Hall to be knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff here are very helpful and friendly as well. I have confidence in all of my doctors and the staff. I always get my test results very quickly, and I like to go to this clinic for my medical needs. This clinic is very conveniently located on Town Hall Road in Menomonee Falls, and there is plenty of parking.

Unethical and unreasonable billing practices. Inadequate disclosure of additional bills and services . Professional, but unacceptable resolution. I would not recommend this provider.

I called ahead of time to let them know I was running a little behind for my appointment and was told that was okay. I get there I get checked in and waited 30 minutes for someone to come out and tell me I can’t be seen because I was late. Like why not tell me that when I called and was in route? Why not tell me that when I first got checked in. I came for asthma complications left work early in all. All to not been seen on a Friday . Poor poor poor never would I ever come back here to be seen

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. I scheduled my appointment days ago with a doctor who I’ve seen previously. At my last visit she said she would see me back in 4 weeks. Today is 4 weeks to the day. I pull into the lot and get a phone call from her nurse asking questions about a previous provider. After 5 minutes of questioning, I ask what was the plan because I’m here and sitting in my car. She tells me to check in, so I come inside to check in. After sitting for 10 minutes someone comes over and advises me that the doctor won’t see me because I had care established at another clinic over 5 yrs ago. There ends up being a lot of back and forth before they finally say they will see me, but I need to reschedule because now it’s too late. Very unprofessional, I very much feel discriminated against and disrespected. Horrible facility

It's not recommended going here. They told my wife on several occasions that our sons appointment was scheduled for a particular date time, but when we show up on that date and time, the receptionist told us that the appointment is the next day. They haven't attempted to ft us in. If we are having issues, then others must be having issues with as well. I wish their staff was more accountable for making mistakes since, for some families, it is difficult to make arrangements to get to the doctors office.

Man Froedtert is going downhill. They are money hungry and only care about how many appointments they can schedule instead of actually helping people. I contacted the e-visit service today in MyChart for a routine problem that I get. In fact, my former physician (who left Froedtert because of their ridiculous policies) prescribed me antibiotics for a chronic condition I have. I ran out so the condition came back. Scheduled an e-visit hoping they would just schedule the lab and then after the results were processed, send in a script. A total of 5 minutes of a doctor's or nurse practitioners time....probably not even that. I get a response back, that based on my questionnaire for the e-visit that I needed to schedule an appointment with my physician. What kind of sense does that make when I have a chronic history of this condition and all I needed was one test ran and a prescription? But no, waste precious resources when all of healthcare is short staffed, waste time and more money than is necessary to resolve an issue. It could be 5 minutes or 30 minutes or longer and they want it to be 30 minutes or longer. Foolish. And people wonder why the cost of healthcare keeps increasing. These are examples as to why. Froedtert - stop being part of the problem and provide more efficient care!

The one woman working the front desk that i dealt with was rude, i cant speak for the others, they just sat there quietly while she yelled across the room. They genuinely do not care about their patients as well. I arrived 1 minute late and they refused to even ask the doctor if he would still see me or allow me to speak with him for 5 minutes. I was told I could reschedule and the soonest appointment was 6 weeks away..The only reason I waseven going to this location was because it was a follow up from going to the emergency room.

I LOVE Froedtert but I have serious concerns about the staff at this location. I have been a patient for a few years at multiple locations and I never received such rudeness and an attitude before.I called to potentially schedule an interview for a nutritionist. I let the receptionist on the phone know that I did extensive research on this individual, and I could not find any information regarding her areas of specialty. This woman interrupted me twice while I was speaking, and said “last name,” “last name… I need your last name and I need your date of birth if I’m going to help you!”I gave her my information. I began speaking again and she cut me off and said when the next appointment date is and asked me if I wanted to schedule. I repeated to her that I had a question about the doctors area of specialty. Her response to me is that she wouldn’t know that type of information. She didn’t bother to help me. She didn’t look it up or put me on hold to ask.She asked me if I wanted the appointment. I asked her if she could find out this one answer for me so that I could make a decision about scheduling. She told me if I schedule the appointment to see the doctor I could ask the doctor if she sees individuals like myself for my type of need.I told her that I would reach out to one of my doctors at Froedtert and ask them to get this information for me since she was unable to help. This woman actually laughed at me… Yes, she laughed. She said OK whatever you can do what you want if you don’t want to schedule this appointment.I told her I don’t have money to see a doctor that may not be able to help me. I’m not going to pay money to see someone just to ask them if they specialize in the area that I need assistance with. She then laughed again, and I told her to have a good day, and she chuckled and said yeah you too!Even if I find qualified doctors at this location, I don’t know that I trust the staff here. Maybe this woman is having a bad…but this is just the worst.

My appointment was supposed to start half an hour ago. I'm still sitting in the waiting room after about seven others who got here after me were called up. Ridiculous.

The non symptomatic Covid testing for surgery/ procedures is an absolute NIGHTMARE. SO many conflicting instructions on the appt in my chart/ and the building. Take the signs down from the building and parking lot if the phone number has literally no one working, was asked to leave a message. Instructions also say to go to level 2. After driving and parking at both sides of the building and 40 mins of being sent different places. The lab finally did the test but had to make up a completely new appt for it. Staff was nice and I feel bad for how understaffed they wereChanges 100% need to be made to that protocol and how instructions are giving on the appt. Can’t even imagine if an elderly person would of had to go thru all that2nd star is for the staff

The clinic itself is clean and their employees are professional and welcoming. As with any medical clinic, you should make an appointment. Wait times are normal for any medical office, but on each visit, my wait time has been less than 10 minutes.I had a procedure with Dr. Pyant-DanPullo. I was very nervous, but she walked me through every question I had and completely calmed my nerves; I knew I was in good hands since my first appointment with her. I will recommend this OBGYN to anyone in need because she is the BEST provider I've ever had! I also want to thank her assistant Darii, who was by my side and helped me every step of the way. Thank you both for being so kind, PATIENT, and professional, and for exemplifying what it means to be a dedicated healthcare professional.

I went to the CVS location inside Target/Wauwatosa on 124th and Capitol to get my second COVID 19 booster shot. Scheduling online was easy enough. I arrived early for my appointment. After waiting well past my appointment start time (while no one else was there), the bearded man behind the counter asked for my vaccine card. I told him I had a picture of the card and the CDC vaccine record downloaded on my phone. He restated he had to have the card. I said "Are you fricking kidding me?” as I was bummed out that the physical card may be necessary not just digital versions and on line info with the CDC. The bearded man behind the counter then became very very very condescending and tried multiple times to belittle and berate me. Additionally, he repeatedly implied that I was stupid for not bringing the physical card. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I left very upset without getting a vaccine. Now normally I don’t get upset at lousy retail experiences as I spent over 27 years working in and managing 20 retail cellular phone locations. I know how challenging the retail environment and retail customers can be. BUT the bearded man behind the counter was attacking me personally and actually made me feel really upset. UNBELIEVABLE! I will vote with my wallet and never purchase at CVS again (unless it's unfortunately required by my insurance carrier specifically for prescriptions only and I have no other choice). Additionally, I will tell as many people as I can and post honest reviews about my negative experience. After that experience, I called a Walgreens and two Froedtert Clinics. All of them told me the physical card is not needed as they access and enter the info directly with the CDC website. I scheduled a new appointment on line with Froedtert Clinic. The process was simple. Today I received my second COVID 19 booster shot. It was a breeze!!!! I arrived early. My appointment was at 10:20 am and I was actually done at 10:12am. Eight minutes before my scheduled appointment time! I interacted with three different people and they were all fantastic! I even scored a bag of M&Ms for being a brave patient, LOL. I did not need my physical card even though I did bring it with me. They simply give you stickers to add to your card if you don’t have it with you. I will be a repeat customer, tell as many people as I can and post positive reviews!!

Called to see if anyone had any same day appointments and was immediately cut off by a lady telling me “No, we don’t have anything.” And redirected me to another line where they got me in right away.. Got to my appointment and my doctor asked me a few questions and sent me for lab work (i was only there for less than 10 minutes) I just wish I had a connection with the staff there but they all act like they don’t like being there. never had an experience like that in the past.
