I waited outside for my package. By the time I drove my vehicle around to the front of the building the FedEx truck was coming. I was able to get my package right after the driver took the picture.

Item was shipped July 14 with expected delivery date of July 17. It has been nothing but problems and customer service sucks. You will never get to talk to someone from the Menomonee Falls location only customer service who has no clue what is happening. It is July 29th and still don't have it. The company has requested the package be returned to them and are sending me a new package using a different service. You would think someone at corporate would investigate this location with all the bad reviews but I guess they don't care about their poor customer service. I wish I could give zero stars.

I watched as one of your drivers blew a stop sign on hwy 164 going about 30 mph. You could tell that they were timing the traffic, barely slowed down and then just blasted through. It was very, very unsafe.

Terrible customer service. Do not arrive in stated time windows. Do not knock. Have to chase trucks down street to get packages. False information entered by drivers when they do not show up.

No communication plus false information on their website regarding our delivery. We would up sitting around waiting for our expensive team delivery for over 4 days. There was no apology or discount or even an acknowledgment that they could improve. We usually do NOT have this problem with UPS or Amazon.

I and my neighbor sat in the driveway the entire day!!!! The driver lied!!!! No door missed you sticker!! No NOTHING!!! July 3rd and he was a Tur@!! Wanted to get home early and LIED!!!!! It's not possible to have missed the driver!!!! Never ship FedEx!!!!

I received notices it’s on truck for delivery for two days and no attempt made for delivery. No answer provided when I called.

Terrible service. Poor system communication which I don't get. They make millions of dollars. Delayed my books for days. Would have did a hold if it was probably communicated. How does your system not know that where ever you sent my package to is no longer available.

Been waiting for 4 days for my package. Everytime I called to check on the status of it they state that “it’s on a truck and is gonna be delivered today.” Still waiting…. No accurate updates, NOTHING. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Wish Fed Ex wasn’t a delivery company.

This location refused to deliver my flagpole the last 2 days in a row because they "couldn't find my address" yet the FedEx drivers out of the Waukesha location delivered a package yesterday. I've only had issues with this location. They've delivered to me multiple times before. They hide behind a 1800 number so you can't talk to anyone locally. This management needs to be fired!!!

I normally don't give one star reviews unless it is warranted. BUT The customer service for this is so bad its baffling. You get constant run arounds from customer service when you call. They can't find your packages. They say they couldn't deliver the package, yet you are OUTSIDE and see the truck pull up and then leave. I have been given a run around for a little over a week for a desk I needed for medical reasons for a condition I have. My work area is currently on a book shelf on its side. I kept being informed that I would receive my desk by the next day yet it never shows up.
I get a case started and then it informs me it was closed with no phone call that I was promised on any explanation as to why it is closed. If you have the choice DO NOT use FedEx, especially this location. It is awful, I see all these other one star reviews especially from previous employees saying the drivers are contracted out so I am 100% certain they stole my desk for themselves since they are cheap sad human beings. (if you even want to call them human at this point)
The only 5 star reviews I see I can guarantee are workers that probably get paid to give a 5 star review. If you order something off of Amazon, and see it is being shipped with FedEx try and stop them, you may never see your package again. Because what company loses an 80 pound box.
You don't just lose an 80 pound box, you steal it.

FedEx keeps delivering my packages to different addresses. Doesn't even get the street right. Sometimes they are meds I get from my provider.
