On August 21st of this year I had to make a very difficult decision regarding my 19 year old cat, Kloe. I knew her time was near, but I couldn't face the fact that this was the day. Dr Greuel assured me I was making the right decision after reviewing my options. Dr Greuel and her staff showed patience and compassion for me and Kloe. I am grateful for the support and comfort I received.

We had taken our first dog here for 16 years and had great service. We have recently gotten another dog and had an issue where he got into the garbage they were kind understanding concerned and allowed us to work with them for the best plan.
Now, 7/2024Our current dog had developed a bump where his tail meets his hind end. We discussed our options and moved forward with removal. In the meantime, he tore his ACL! We are very happy with the treatment of our family and could not ask for a nicer staff during this time. He is doing well a day after surgery amd we are paying our options for the ACL. Thank you Family Pet Clinic!

Staff is very observant and helpful, vets are GREAT with the Animals, all questions get answered, and they all go out of their way to help. I'm so glad I switched to Family Pet.

After moving to the Milwaukee area, I was very particular about picking a new primary vet, as my dog has a long history of health issues. I am so happy with my decision to go to Family Pet Clinic! The doctors and techs are very compassionate and knowledgeable, and the front desk staff is friendly and easy to work with. We are very happy with the care we've gotten here!

All of the doctors and techs are incredible. They are extremely knowledgable and kind. They will also see small mammals; my exam for my rabbit was only $65, much more affordable than most places. I was able to get my guinea pig in the same day for an emergency appointment for a URI; again, MUCH more affordable than other emergency vets and I was honestly surprised they offered same day appointments for emergencies. Staff is amazing, advice via a phone call is free, clinic is clean, and prices are very affordable. I highly recommend Family Pet Clinic.

Dr. Fellenz, Dr. Greuel, and the vet techs/stafd have been nothing short of remarkable with our dog, Roo, since we switched to their care. She had a growth on her toe that required a toe amputation, and they have been so incredibly accommodating, kind, and responsive to every bump and hiccup along the way. She hasn’t been healing as expected, and tonight we came home to her limping severely; Dr Fellenz and his staff stayed late to make sure she got checked out, do a thorough physical exam, take xrays, and re-wrap her paw. It is not lost on us how above and beyond they have gone in terms of their compassion and care with every issue or concern we’ve had with our Roo. We are so grateful to their service and treating our dog as their own.
