Poor customer service. Moved in. My storage is 6'×10'. Main door to the unit frome outside has no lock. Unbelievable.

Showed up to my storage unit and found the door rolled open and the unit filled with leaves, no lock was available.

Christina was extremely helpful throughout the time that I rented a storage unit. She was responsive, helpful and patient when my move out date changed unexpectedly.The only concern I had was that the price increased significantly without notice in the 10 months that I had the space.

this is not a family owned company, they are a big investment firmthey will move you in really cheap and before you know it your rent will skyrocket

Signed up by phone yesterday. Everything seemed to be going well. Right now my sister is there with items meant for the unit. They didn't bother to give us the access code to the door behind which are 4 units, one of which is ours. No one to ask. Will be spending extra money on additional time for rental vehicle.Kinda important, dontcha think?
