A++++ customer service and experience! I had been contemplating a new vehicle for well over 2 years now, but remained undecided as to what I wanted. I then saw one that kept catching my eye ... found they stocked at Ewald, so I paid them a visit. I was warmly greeted and for all that I interacted with, from Alton in Sales, to Judy and Lamar in Finance, to the President himself, Eric Ewald, I was treated with respect, professionalism, humor ?, and equally as important, patience! Took me almost 2 hours to complete my process of elimination between what I "wanted" - and what I "needed", but they hung in there with me - and I'm now the very happy and proud owner of a NEW 2024 Buick Encore Avenir! Hats off to everyone mentioned here ... you made it possible ... THANK YOU again! On a scale of 1-10, I give an 11!

Been using EVS services since the 90s. When International Auto took this location over around 2018'ish, the service was poor, dishonest and almost non-existent. The staff was very uninterested in any form of customer service accept for maybe 1 employee. As of last summer, I vowed to never use the location again. Then I received mail from Ewald announcing their takeover of this location. Went in for an oil change and had the EXACT opposite experience. Decent price for the service I needed and customer service felt authentic. Looking forward to future appointments.

Ewald Buick GMC is a fantastic dealership. From the moment I walked into this establishment I was treated with the upmost respect. They gave me top dollar for my trade and a fantastic deal on my new GMC truck I didn’t even have to haggle. My sales man definitely knew his product in and out a great people person that consistently held a conversation whether it was in regard to the vehicle or off topic conversation. The finance department was very thorough and explained my options for extended vehicle coverage that I definitely took advantage of with such a low price. Thank you again Ewald team I extremely appreciate the time you all took to make my deal complete.

My experience at Ewald Buick GMC was excellent!!! I traded my Chevy Silverado for a 2024 Buick Envista. Everyone from Chauntell, Gary R, John M, Lamar B, and Eric E. were very friendly. They made the buying experience enjoyable, pressure free, fast and easy!!
I will be purchasing all my future vehicles from Ewald’s!!

Jeremy Laidler was AMAZING. He made me feel at ease, he didn't pressure or hassle me, he gave me multiple financing options before I decided, and he knows MORE THAN ANYONE the actual specs of each car. Strongly recommend meeting with him to make your decision.
