Talk about a horrible experience!! First I stopped in to see if they were comfortable mounting tires to expensive custom wheels. I was assured by managers that it would be done correctly and take their time to do it. I drop the wheels off and they were gonna stack them on top of each other without any protection. That should’ve been the first sign I know. Then I called because I was concerned and I asked the manager I just wanna make sure that you know these are very expensive wheels that took four months for me to get. Are you sure that you’re comfortable? Mounting tires on these? They assured me they would take the time to make sure it’s done correctly. When I got the call that they were complete, I was very excited. When I got there a manager took me into the back where they mount them. And said I’m very sorry but we scratched your wheels so my concerns came to reality they were not qualified. They did not take their time. There was grease still on the wheels and they had scratched two of them. These are $6000 wheels for a custom car. Then they sent me to their insurance company who only offered to re-spray them. Not by the company that made them, but some cheap company that they found. Costco is supposed to have a great customer service. This is very disappointing. And their tire center. They should be ashamed of themselves for not taking better care of their customer, especially after I spoke to them about my concerns multiple times.

Have been enjoying Costco but noticed that they seam to be going down hill fast. I returned a 799$ item they put it on the cost co Goff card. I decided to check balance. The money was gone went into store with receipts they didn't do anything but wast 1/2 hr of my time. Now I'm on phone with corporate was told they would get the money in three days. Call them back and they repeated this three times so I asked her to move it up to investigation and to supervisors no calls no emails. Never trust a Costco gift card. Or wait for a answer.

I've come to this location a couple of times and the parking lot is always unorganized. The greeters and test tasting ppl are very nice and definitely hold up to the standards I'm used to at the various Costco's I've been accustomed to. Today was a different story. At self check out I was singled out and asked to show both sides of my membership card. No one in the line was required to show their ID prior to checking out and this was after I had already scanned my card at the register. Is this the new normal? New policy? I have never experienced this before, and as the only customer in that close vicinity who is a POC, I makes me question if I was racially profiled? It's uncertain as it seemed too coincidental that the only brown person was asked to confirm that it was my face on my card. I'll probably not come back to this location due to this odd experience.

Should be no stars. I will never trust my car to the Menomonee falls Costco tire center ever again. They did me wrong, and in the end I don't feel they were willing to make things right. I bought 4 new tires a little over a year and a half ago and they told me 2 of my rims were bent, so they put them on the back of the car so it wouldn't shake as much. That didn't make sense because when I drove down to the store on the freeway my car drove smooth, and when I drove home the whole car shook. I contacted their front end supervisors 5 or 6 different times saying they bent my rims. I felt they kept blowing me off untill they finally turned my claim over to their insurance company. They just passed the buck, and their insurance company denied my claim saying that couldn't have happenen, yet my car was smooth driving on the freeway to Costco before I got the new tires, and it shook afterwords driving home. I didnt want to spend $600.00 to $700.00 to replace my rims so I just tolerated the car shaking some. Last Thanksgivig we were visiting family out of state so I took our car to have their local Costco rotate my tires. They also balanced them and said everthing was fine. They balanced just fine. Driving home on the freeway the car rode smooth. Thankfully I didn't spend all that $$$ replacing my rims. My experience tells me in my situation, the Menomonee Falls tire center was not competent in balancing my tires. I had the same thing happen 4 or 5 years ago at the Menomonee Falls Costco tire center where they said I had one bent rim. I spent about $300.00 on a new rim, because I trusted them but now I think my rim wasn't bent back then either. This time I contacted a front end manager at the Menomonie Falls Costco and wanted $400 worth of compensation, since I believe I wasted about $300.00 on the rim 4 or 5 years ago, plus a little something for the frustration of my car shaking for the last 1 1/4 years. She said to email my original paperwork to her that I filed a year earlier to them. The woman just sent it back the insurance company. The insurance guy called me and said "hey, we denied this a year ago. We told you we weren't gonna pay you anything for this claim". But they offered me $50.00 and wanted me to sign some big contract which had a clause that said if certain conditions were present, they could come after me legally. I went back to the Costco and spoke to a different manager. He got the insurance company to offer me more, but it still didnt even cover the cost of the rim I bought 4 or 5 years ago when I trusted their tire center. Their customer service was very poor for me. We like Costco a lot, and shopa there often. Just not the Menomonee Falls tire center and how the management at this particular store handled my situation. Sorry this is so long, but I just chose to write this review, intead of taking their insurance companies low offer to compensate me for my lousy experience at the Menomonee falls Costco store.

They knocked it out of the park today. Store was packed with shoppers and Costco, had every checkout open, WITH HELPERs, backing up checkers. Greatest service We've experienced post pandemic.

Personally love shopping at Costco. I don't know anyone who does that hates it actually lol. This one is pretty clean and easy to navigate around. The parking lot is huge and always has spots even when it's busy. Def check out line is pretty quick, if you don't want to wait. Best thing about coming here is the gas! Always the best price around!

Only my second time ever at a Costco, but I think my first time to this one. It was super clean and fairly easy to navigate. There's a spot for self check-out and also cashiers to ring you out. There's a guy manning the door and each receipt is checked before you leave. I wanted to come here right my friend because I wanted these coconut roll snacks that they typically carry. Alas, they did not have the coconut rolls, but what they did have was my favorite Candy/snack ever. Chocolate covered coconut almonds. And they come in a big bag and oh my god these are so dangerous. If you like coconut, you absolutely have to give these a try. I'm obsessed and feel I need to return solely for this item. Parking was easy and it wasn't too busy, although the parking lot looked packed. I was able to get gas at a cheaper price too, which I really appreciated. Outside from a few snack items, I did actually grocery shop but found most of the stuff so unnecessary. I didn't need two huge bottles of ketchup but it would have been nice to get one big bottle or one normal sized bottle. It's neither here nor there. You come to get things in bulk or you just don't get much. The style of shopping isn't really for me but I'll be back for my favorite snacks.

Over 3 hours wait for looking at a flat tire.Road hazard warranty is a joke. To replace a $100 installed tire not reparable used 10.000 miles cost $90

Great selection of items here. Sometimes the lines get very long but I find that self checkout move pretty quickly even if it goes way back into the store. I just came in for some office make my purchase and move on. Good location

As most know you need a membership to sho here other than to pay "admission" to enter things are usually cheaper elsewhere if you shop around online... who needs such large quantities anyway.
